AI Marketing Team – service terms

1. Service
100 Fields provides the package chosen by the client (Starter or Growth) as described on our website. Content is prepared with the help of AI and reviewed by our team.
2. Approval
Nothing is published without the client’s approval. The client checks approved content, in particular statements about products, prices and legal matters.
3. Communication
Communication takes place in writing by e-mail. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday, UAE time). Calls are not included and can be booked separately.
4. Scope
Starter includes one revision round per item and up to 5 additional requests per month; Growth includes two revision rounds and up to 15 additional requests per month. Further work is offered at a fixed price before it starts.
5. Fees and payment
Monthly fees are invoiced in advance at the start of each month; the one-time set-up fee is due before work starts. Prices are in AED and exclude VAT where applicable. Ad budgets are paid by the client directly to the platforms; 100 Fields does not handle or hold client funds.
6. Term and cancellation
The minimum term is 3 months. After that, either party can cancel by e-mail with effect from the end of the following month.
7. Accounts and access
All accounts remain the property of the client. The client grants 100 Fields limited access and can withdraw it at any time.
8. Rights
Once paid, the client receives all rights to the content created for them. 100 Fields mentions the client as a reference only with their consent.
9. Results
We work carefully but cannot guarantee specific results such as rankings, reach, enquiries or sales.
10. Liability
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months before the event causing the damage.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

Who is responsible
OneHundred Fields Alliance Consultancies – FZCO, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“100 Fields”, “we”). For all privacy questions, write to info@100fields.com. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to visitors from the European Union or Switzerland, the GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit the site, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser, time of access) is processed briefly in server logs to deliver the website securely.
Contact and request forms
When you use a form, the information you enter is sent to us by email via the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). We use it only to answer your request and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Technology submissions
Documents you upload with a technology submission are stored in a private storage area at Vercel. To prepare our assessment, the information may be analysed with the help of an AI service (Anthropic, USA); it is not used to train AI models. Our analysts review every assessment.
AI marketing check and AI Marketing Team
When you request a free AI marketing check, we analyse your publicly available website and online presence, as well as the details you enter, with the help of an AI service (Anthropic, USA); it is not used to train AI models. As part of the AI Marketing Team service, drafts are prepared with the same AI service and reviewed by our team. We only access your accounts to the extent you grant us, and you can withdraw that access at any time.
Cookies and tracking
We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
Transfers abroad
Some of our service providers are located in the USA. We only work with providers that offer appropriate data protection safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
